Mykola Lukashuk, chairman of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Council, expressed his opinion about Russian shelling of civilian targets in Ukraine:
“Inhumans. The objects of enterprises, on which not only our food security, but also the security of other countries depend, are being shelled. The invaders understand that such facilities do not pose any threat to Russia. There is no military equipment, no bases. But the enemy is deliberately setting up terror.”
Warehouses with food, water supply infrastructure, bridges and roads, residential buildings of civilians, hospitals and even kindergartens are constantly being destroyed.
